1. Your Deletion Rights

You may request deletion of personal data associated with YJVentures products, services, websites, workflows, or communications. Where deletion is not possible due to legal, fraud-prevention, security, or audit obligations, retention will be limited to what is necessary and lawful.

2. Supported Request Methods

• •Email: Send deletion request to info@yjventures.in with name, contact details, and product involved.
• •In-app / Chat: Submit through WhatsApp, chatbot, or dashboard support if available in the product.
• •Contact Form: Submit via the form on the data-deletion page.

3. Verification Process

May ask for: name used on account, email address or phone number on file, information about the product or conversation used — to verify identity, ownership, or authorization.

4. Timeline and Retained Records

• •Verified deletion requests generally processed within 7 business days
• •Minimal record of request, transaction history, security logs, or legal compliance data may be retained where required by law

5. Important Notes

• •Deletion may not immediately remove data from backup systems (subject to normal retention cycles)
• •Third-party platform deletion may require coordination with that provider
